Some have another things to be sad. But this is a life’s fact that we,people,aren’t happy all time.Today,most people have a common problem. <strong>Obesity</strong>. <span id="more-369"></span></p>
<p>I think people should determine that ‘’Do they eat to live or they live to eat?’’.The second choice may be dangerous. Because we should eat something that is okey but we shouldn’t exaggerate it.A person needs certain quantity carbohydrate and protein.The rest of the need is unnecessary. And therefore there occur people who aren’t happy .Most people in the world are fat.But there are also too thin people who aren’t glad of his/her appearance..The thin is a bit more lucky because to be fatter is much easier than being thin.</p>
<p>Why are people fat? Let’s have a look at the childhood.A baby is born.The first thing the baby eat or drink is mother’s milk.If mummy works at somewhere I mean she isn’t a housewife then someone is found for looking after baby.After years,baby becomes a child.For example,his name is John.John begins to go to school.At lunch,he is at school to eat something.To here,everything is normal.Then he begins to eat hamburger and other kinds of the fast food.This is a start point.John realizes that this is the easiest and fastest way to look after the inner man.This goes on year after year till being <a href="http://www.weightlosstrends.net/tag/obesity">obesity</a>.At first,being a fat child is not problem for the child because the child is loved by the others.But in teenage or adulthood it becomes a disaster.On the other hand,the reason of being fat is that ,scientically,it is know that %70 of the body shape in that being fat or thin depends on genetic patterns.This is proved,your parents are responsible for your body in some degree, but if you eat too much and you say this is genetic I can’t do anything.This will become your life’s mistake.You should be much more careful than the people who have thin parents.</p>
<p>Being fat for the thin seems to be preaty but not for the fat.I want to look in  this aspect in  the psychological aspect.What is the <strong>psychological problems</strong> of the fat? They want to eat something to survive in life like normal people.But they have a big problem according to themselves when they drink water,they say that a glass of water makes us fatter.So can these people having this thought  lose weight? No!.At first,we should make them believe in themselves.They can lose weight if they have this belief.We know that our brain controls us and therefore we should do something at least should think we can success,we can overcome some problems even just by thinking we can do that..We should ask them why they want to lose weight ;to seem smart,to get a boyfriend,to wear more womanly or to be healty(This is the last choice for them I think)</p>
<p>Life goes on.The world rounds as usual.Children are growing.People are older than older day by day.But,there is no big change in the situation of the people in diet.They can’t be thinner.They don’t want to go out,meet with their friends,wander around,look at new designs of clothes.In short,they don’t want to live in a normal way.They think that wherever they go,the subject people speak is wieght and losing weight.The most important thing makes the fat angry is that people who are thin say ‘I must lose weight,I don’t like myself’’ The thin can’t understand the feelings of the fat.That is a neverending cycle like that the rich can’t get the feelings of the poor.Some people go to doctors,some take medicine from the parmacy to lose weight in short way.But this is so dangerous for the people’s health.This should be stopped.</p>
<p>In fact,life is too short to think why our wieght is too much,why we haven’t got blue eyes,why we are so sad for everything.We should know that if there are people who love us and loved by us,we are happy and when we are healty,we can see,run,swim,read,then there isn’t anything not to be done by us even lose weight without eating too much.</p>
<p>That is the all problem;To be or not to be.</p>
